Orders/Shipping Policy

We work from Mondays-Thursdays, shipping will approximately take 1-2 business days. 

Odacious Luxe will not be responsible for:

• Lost or Stolen Packages
• Carrier Damages/or Delays 
• Undeliverable/or Incorrect Addresses provided by consumer
• Return Shipping Fees
• Import VAT/Custom Duties on International purchases made by consumer

Order Process

• Orders will be processed within 24hrs of receiving payment
• We can not alter or modify your order once it has been placed
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
